🠶Married for 3 yrs

🠶Tried naturally in a fertile period for 2 years

🠶HSA – 38 M/62% motility/30% morphology

🠶AMH – 3.8 ng/ml, TVS – Both Ovaries & tubes – Normal

🠶HSG – B/L tubes – Cornual block

🠶Management –

🠶Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopic tubal cannulation – Both tubes open

🠶Medications to conceive for 6 months

🠶Outcome – Conceived in 2nd cycle of IUI

Hysteroscopic tubal cannulation followed by laparoscopic dye test
