Case of Retrograde Ejaculation

🠶29 yrs old female with Primary infertility

🠶Married for 3 yrs

🠶Husband –

🠶Not able to ejaculate semen (Retrograde Ejaculation)

🠶History of Diabetes Type 1

🠶FSH – 3.3 mIU/ml, LH – 4 mIU/ml,

🠶Wife – AMH – 2.8 ng/ml, TVS – AFC 10, Uterus NAD

🠶Management –

🠶Urine sample checked – Showed Sperms with very little motility

🠶IVF stimulation (Antagonist Protocol)

🠶Sperms extracted from urine with a special technique

🠶Fertilization with ICSI

🠶Frozen embryo transfer in the next cycle

🠶Outcome –  Conceived in the same cycle
